This is a beautifully crafted red clay kyusu by Japanese kyusu carver KODO.
White flowers appear three-dimensional against a slightly deep red background.

Butterfly dances and flowers bloom, just like the world of classical Japanese poetry.

The body of the kyusu is decorated with beautiful calligraphy, depicting the changing of the four seasons and the changing hearts of people. The shape of the kyusu and the traditional knob are in perfect harmony with this beautiful landscape.
