[Shinohara Takashi Suzu-yaki Wood-fired Pitcher]

 I really love the feelings of tranquility and zen this pitcher evokes.  The overall color of the ware is really beautiful, especially the light green shade on the pitcher’s lip, which is reminiscent of moss growing on a stone. 

The shape is also really soothing and pleasant to look at, and it definitely uses the wabi-sabi concept to amazing effect.
